The Bull
The bull has been revered in many cultures for centuries. In Egypt, and ancient Greece as well as Islamic, Buddhist and Turkish traditions the bull had great meaning.
In Buddhist mythology they believed the earth had 4 ages. As each age came to an end, the bull would lift one of his legs. At the end of the fourth age, the earth would fall and be destroyed as the bull raised the fourth leg.
There are many legends and myths about the bull. Mostly the bull is associated with strength and power. You have probably heard the term of someone being bull-headed. suggesting that someone is being stubborn.
Bull medicine people are generally determined. Once they make up their minds it is very difficult to get them to change it. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
Other attributes of bull medicine people are, fertility, stability, determination and peacefulness.
Bull medicine wants you to pay attention to the abundance in your life. By concentrating on the abundance in your life you can create more abundance. This is what bull people can do.
Bull medicine determination, is all about creating abundance. Bull people are truly the masters of their own lives.
Bull people are very stable and reliable. Although they are strong, they are also very peaceful and helpful.
Some tribes believed the bull was the bringer of rain. The thundering of their hooves sounded like thunder and brought the rain. Some also believed the thundering hooves caused earthquakes.
